登贝设计公司是一家知名的中荷设计公司，5年来他们一直与阿姆斯特丹室内音乐团保持着密切的合作关系，为他们设计了大量的音乐会海报。就如同每场音乐会的曲目，音乐家和氛围都各有特色，登贝的每张海报设计都是与众不同匠心独具的。登贝的海报设计得到了许多国际设计奖项的认可，其中包括在业界极具公信力的德国红点设计大赛全场大奖（2006）（Red Dot Grand Prix 2006）。在阿姆斯特丹室内乐团在沪演出期间（8月28日、29日），荷兰文化馆也将推出登贝设计公司的海报展览，为五年来登贝公司为乐团所设计的所有海报做一回顾。
在中国举办的第一期中，活动的基本内容为艾米欧·格里高和皮特·C创作的肢体训练“双面肌肤/双重思想”和姚承光大师传授的古代武术“意拳”，参与者将通过这些训练进行肢体准备和动作研究。印度阿塔卡拉里舞蹈艺术中心（Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts）的艺术总监、编舞家Jayachandran Palazhy将为大家解读印度现代舞，其舞蹈动作素材源出于古代印度传统武术卡拉里帕亚图（Kalarippayattu）和巴拉塔纳泰安（Bharatanatyam）。由威廉·福赛特开创的即兴表演体系将在新媒体时代被命名为“即兴技术”，届时尼克·哈弗纳将向大家介绍这个体系，促进了编舞和编曲的发展。

Marc Meijer是Via Rudolphi剧场的运营主管，同时还经营着Schweigman&和Boogaert/vander Schoot两家剧场。他将在讲座中为大家介绍荷兰行为艺术中的一些实验派系。首先他会展示此类艺术形式的一些范例，如已经基本甚或完全脱离哑剧的当代默剧艺术。他还将为大家讲述艺术发展中的另一状态“体验戏剧”。在这一新型戏剧类型中，观众将不再仅仅是演出的旁观者。大屏幕上还将播放其他专业人士对这两种戏剧趋势的评论。

In the old days, designers began their designs by sketching in order to explore different form factors, following the old adage “form follows function.” Twenty years ago, frog founder Hartmut Esslinger made a ground breaking statement “Form follows emotion” to explain the complicated relationship a design has with its consumers. Nowadays, designers no longer focus solely on the object itself. A beautiful design can no longer win the hearts of customers. Instead, human insights are at the core of the innovation process.
Already the sixth and second last exhibition will open this Saturday in the Dutch Culture Centre!
'Quickscan NL - New photography from The Netherlands' shows the work of young contemporary Dutch photographers, experimenting with photography in a renewing way. The opening ceremony will take place at 16.00 hrs. inside the exhibition hall, right after the press conference and a press preview tour at 15.00 hrs.
After the exchange with South Korea in 2009 this second edition of BEYOND focuses on China and the Chinese contemporary dance and art scene. It will look at different approaches of dance creation from practical as well as theoretical perspectives.
During the World Expo in Shanghai the Dutch Culture Centre will present a special programme of animated short films from the Netherlands: Highlights of Dutch Animation 2007, 2008 & 2009.
The programme will spotlight some of the best recent Dutch short animated films, including the award winning films RED END AND THE SEEMINGLY SYMBIOTIC SOCIETY, PIVOT, VARIETY and NOTEBOOK.
Dutch animated films are constantly on the move and are extremely versatile in art forms and techniques.
Some of the artists, whose work is presented in QUICKSCAN NL are going beyond the borders of photography. The label ‘photographer’ doesn’t fit anymore for this generation. Their photographic work includes characteristics from performance art, installation art or even painting. But are we yet ready to un-label a photograph from being a photograph as long as a camera is involved in the process of image-making? Is photography a tool or art? What does this mean for both artists and institutions that deal with photography?
A Dancers' life The Hague (Netherlands) - KORZO PRODUCTIONS is the name of the production house for contemporary dance in The Hague. It’s a name that is finding its way more and more into the programmes of theatres in The Netherlands. And always in combination with names of young or leading choreographers or connected with new and stimulating initiatives in the Dutch dance scene. On July 16 and 17 Korzo will present 'A Dancers' Life' in the Dutch Culture Centre on the World Expo in Shanghai.

We’re only halfway through Expo and we’re already a little weary, so we’ve decided to change gears and go back to our roots. We are staging a pre- reopening performance party at Downstream Garage.
For over five years Studio Dumbar has designed the concert posters for Amsterdam Sinfonietta. To celebrate this collaboration and in addition to a live concert of the string orchestra in the Dutch Culture Centre theatre, Studio Dumbar will present their works in a small exhibition.
