The Jing’An room, or VIP lounge, has an estimated surface of 250 m2. It has a maximum capacity of 125 visitors for seminars, master classes and professional meetings, or 100 visitors for lunches or diners. The room will be an excellent venue for hospitality events, a board-room meetings, seminars, conferences, etc.

The Dutch Culture Centre offers different options for catering facilities, e.g. by famous Dutch catering company Maison van den Boer, who will all cater for the Dutch pavilion at the Expo site.
