Kevin Polak was born in the late spring of 1970 in Rotterdam. Trained at Brabant Conservatory in Tilburg and continued his study at The High School Of Art in Amsterdam and graduated in 1990. He joined NDT II where he worked for 2 years dancing with well known choreographers (Jiri Kylian, Hans van Manen, Ohad Naharin, Nacho Duate) afterwards he joined in sequential order Introdans (under direction of Tom Wiggers), Djazzex (under  the direction of Glenn van der Hoff), NND Galili Dance (under the direction of Itzik Galili), Scapino Ballet (under the direction of Ed Wubbe), Rogie & Company (under the direction of Piet Rogie), Conny Janssen danst  (under the direction of Conny Janssen). He is also teaching classical ballet classes at a variety of company’s, and open classes, and is a contacted teacher at Codarts. In 2006 he co founded 2moveDC (www.2movedc.com) with Miquel de Jong.
