For over five years Studio Dumbar has designed the concert posters for Amsterdam Sinfonietta. To celebrate this collaboration and in addition to a live concert of the string orchestra in the Dutch Culture Centre theatre, Studio Dumbar will present their works in a small exhibition.

Studio Dumbar is a renowned Dutch-Chinese design agency and has been working closely with Amsterdam Sinfonietta, designing their concert posters, over the last five years. With each new poster the design invents itself anew, like each concert that is different in repertoire, musicians and atmosphere. The poster design has won several international design awards among which the “Red Dot Grand Prix 2006” at the Red Dot Competition for Communication Design in Germany. An overview of all the posters by Studio Dumbar will be exhibited during the time of the performance by Amsterdam Sinfonietta on August 28 and 29.
