Already the sixth and second last exhibition will open this Saturday in the Dutch Culture Centre! 

'Quickscan NL - New photography from The Netherlands' shows the work of young contemporary Dutch photographers, experimenting with photography in a renewing way. The opening ceremony will take place at 16.00 hrs. inside the exhibition hall, right after the press conference and a press preview tour at 15.00 hrs. The Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Eric Verwaal, and Irene Noordkamp, liaison officer of the Dutch Culture Centre, will welcome the guests in an opening speech. Also all the participating artists will be present at the opening ceremony. Furthermore on this festive day fingerfood and drinks will be served and especially for this occasion the exhibition will stay open till 20.00 hrs.

Round table discussion July 18
In addition to the exhibition Quickscan NL, a round table discussion will be held. 'The Last Photographer' will address the questions centred in the exhibition, in short interviews withh the artists and a final discussion with Steven Harris Director of M97 Gallery – Contemporary Photography and Gu Zheng, curator of the exhibition Drama/Scene: Urban Photography in Shanghai >>read more

Exhibition July 18 till August 8
'Quickscan NL - New Photography from The Netherlands' contains a selection of young artists, who all experiment with the medium photography in a renewing way. Dutch photography is well known for its ground breaking and experimental character. The Netherlands has a rich artistic climate that is supported by the government and numerous  institutions such as museums, galleries, art  fairs and publishers.
