The Grand Opening Ceremony and the Orange Party marks the opening and launch of the Dutch Cultural Centre, which will be home to more than 140 events throughout March – August 2010, during the World Expo. It will showcase the art of various prominent Chinese and Dutch artists, contributing to a fruitful and sustainable cultural exchange between the Netherlands and China.
